Software Asset Manager (Microsoft Licensing) Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Software Asset Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. As a Software Asset Manager, you'll oversee the complete lifecycle of licensed software, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and maximizing software efficiency. You'll be instrumental in configuring and maintaining applications and entitlement data within the Flexera toolset. Your role involves meticulous data management, collaborating with product owners, and adhering to Asset Management standards to maintain data quality.
In this role you will:
Manage the lifecycle of licensed software to ensure compliance and optimize utilization
Configure and maintain application and entitlement data within the Flexera toolset
Identify and remediate data issues to enhance data reliability and trustworthiness
Collaborate with Software Products Owners to gather and maintain accurate data in Flexera

The Ideal Candidate 5+ years of Asset Management experience
Proficiency with Flexera Asset Management tools
Ability to interpret software license contracts and understand licensing terms, especially Microsoft
Strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on analysis
