As a Molding Technician, you will be responsible for operating Injection Molding presses proficiently while maintaining quality, productivity, cost, safety, and housekeeping goals. You will also be responsible for continually improving your knowledge of plastic materials, molding processes, and auxiliary equipment with the goal of promotion to Molding Technician II.

• Perform miscellaneous duties as required by supervision.

Qualifications:

• High School education or equivalent required

• Technical Training, education, or experience within a molding operation preferred.

• 1 to 2 years manufacturing experience required

• Molding processing experience or mechanical experience with injection molding machines is highly preferred

• General knowledge of plastic materials and processes, mold design and operation is desired

• An understanding of hydraulic/electrical circuits and auxiliary equipment involved in injection molding required

• Requires a fundamental ability to maintain accurate records and reporting.
