This position can be located in our Needham, MA office with a Hybrid work schedule or a remote approved US location. Responsibilities: As the product visionary, define and champion the product vision for KP, aligned with IDC's overall business objectives and customer needs.

Develop new products, and maintain strategic roadmaps, balancing customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Prioritize features and initiatives based on data-driven insights and market trends.

Dive deep and partner effectively with engineering teams to ensure the KP is built on a scalable, secure, and high-performance technology stack.

Collaborate with UX teams to ensure the KP delivers world-class user experience, incorporating customer feedback and industry best practices.

Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Use data and analytics to monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions.

Understand the market landscape and determine the Ideal Customer Profile.

Partner closely with the KP Business Lead and cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Partner with the Product Leads of individual data products delivered through the platform and understand the data of each of the data products and the use cases in which each data product is applicable.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) plus.

10+ years of product management experience with increasing levels of responsibility (5+ years managing a team)

2+ years previous experience in products targeted toward market intelligence or sales organizations is highly preferred.

2+ years of focus on data-centric products is preferred

Proven success in defining, launching, and scaling digital products from zero to one.

Previous experience with global product rollouts

Experience leading and mentoring high-performing product teams.

Deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices.

Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and motivate the organization to drive results quickly.

Outstanding strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Ability to understand new markets quickly and learn about new domains.

Ability to prioritize multiple roadmaps with resource constraints.

Prior experience working with a remote development team is highly desirable

The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $220,000 and $240,000USD and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
