DeepCure is looking for a motivated project manager to join our drug discovery team to help us progress and maintain our early-phase drug discovery programs. This role will involve coordination of project logistics and execution; assisting the scientific team with the preparation, maintenance, and execution of project plans; and coordinating, maintaining, and administering external collaborations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, driven individual with proven experience in the management of drug discovery programs.

Requirements:
Required qualifications:
2 or more years of direct project management experience in the biotechnology field
Bachelor’s degree in life-sciences or chemistry
Experience in the philosophy of Agile project management
Strong attention to detail and organization
Familiarity with various data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and data interpretation
Experience with data-fetching processes including SQL or related languages
Excellent verbal communication and people-management skills
Experience with common project management tools like the Atlassian suite
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and communicate priorities accordingly
Strong desire to be helpful in any way needed
Preferred qualifications:
4 or more years of direct project management experience in drug discovery programs
Experience with coordination of external collaborations
Experience in developing internal processes and workflows
Functional experience in Python
Experience with relational databases
Responsibilities:
Work with scientific leaders to establish and maintain project plans
Communicate project timelines to project members and leadership, including identification and mitigation of key risk factors
Coordinate logistics and testing of novel chemical matter
Administer and coordinate collaborations with external partners ensuring efforts adhere to timelines, scope, and budget
Collaboration with the data management team for registration of project data and maintenance of the project data portfolio
Preparation of key data visualizations to inform program members and leadership of broader trends in scientific efforts
Assist scientific project leaders with the preparation of updates, proposals, and summaries
Administer project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow-up on identified action items
Assist with other project and data management-related activities as appropriate
