An employer is looking for an Azure Support Lead to sit remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to support the clients integration applications, Azure based systems and other related applications in the environment. You will coordinate with offshore teams for off hours pass off and troubleshoot/ triage issues related to APIs, integrations, memory/ storage/ CPU issues, etc. You will utilize ServiceNow for ticketing/ alerts and act as the central point of contact for issues escalated that pertain to these integrations/ applications. Additional tasks will include supporting data issues, server issues and collaborating with development for additional escalation as needed.

8+ years experience in systems/ application support
Extensive Azure and Microsoft background
Experience with Service Fabric, Service Bus, Storage Explorer, App Insights
Postman experience
APIM gateway experience
Strong experience with Microsoft development technologies (MS SQL, .Net, C#)
Experience supporting APIs and enterprise application integrations Prior development experience
ServiceNow experience null
