Agfa HealthCare has an immediate opening for a Talented Applications Specialist to join its team in Colombia.
The Application Specialist acts as expert in Agfa products working directly with end user customers. Is also responsible for giving training to Key Users, Sysadmin, Physicians and the rest of clinical users. This role also support the selling process with demo and Workflow analysis. Clinical knowledge and background is necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
Workflow analysis during implementation phase.
Working out a test program with dedicated procedures
Interpretation of the test results
Pre- or reporting of the test programs
Guide field-testing of the products with dedicated procedures
Investigation of field complaints and feedback to the field (under supervision of Product manager)
Execution of field-testing and reporting to Application manager
Making proposals to optimize the practical work
Operator of equipment which is needed for the validation testing
Installing, maintaining and setup of equipment which is needed for the testing
Support and giving the basic feedback to the field for complaint investigation
Support for VIP demo's, high level training,
Administrative support - logging data equipment - shipments - updating procedures, documentation, test files, etc.
Maintain the labo environment towards : operational - cleanness - safety - maintenance of equipment
Monitoring the consistency of the output quality
Creation of basic technotes to the field
Execution of basic training and standard demo
Collecting demo samples for trainings (sample book - troubleshooting field - production samples)
Education:
Medical Technologist, Physician, Biomedical engineer
