Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
Location: DFW Metroplex, TX
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing municipal, healthcare, and commercial construction projects. This role requires a leader who can ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring work is progressing on schedule and within budget.
Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and local authorities.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the construction site.
Conduct regular site inspections and manage the resolution of any issues that arise.
Prepare and submit project reports and documentation, maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with the project management team to develop and track project milestones.
Provide leadership and direction to site staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a portfolio that includes municipal, healthcare, and commercial projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety).
