JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Septic Installer is responsible for managing septic systeminstallation projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently,safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership - Take charge of septic system installationprojects, overseeing the work of installation teams. Createinstallation plans, delegate tasks, and ensure project timelines aremet.
Site Preparation - Evaluate project sites, plan excavation andinstallation procedures, and coordinate necessary equipment andmaterials. Collaborate with excavation and grading teams to preparethe site.
Installation and Assembly - Lead the installation of septic systemcomponents, including tanks, drainfields, distribution boxes, andpiping systems. Ensure all components are correctly positioned andconnected.
Quality Control - Conduct inspections to verify the quality andfunctionality of installed systems. Address any issues or deviationsfrom the project plan promptly.
Team Supervision - Provide guidance, training, and support toinstallation team members. Maintain a safe working environment andenforce safety procedures.
Customer Interaction - Interact professionally with clients,addressing their questions and concerns. Provide information aboutseptic systems and their maintenance.
Documentation - Maintain accurate project records, including workorders, equipment use, and materials used. Report project progressto management as required.
