+ PRESENTS PERIODIC REPORTS TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP, MEDICAL STAFF DEPARTMENTS AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGARDING CHANGES IN ACCREDITATION STANDARDS, COP, OR LICENSURE RULES.
