Required Experience:
The Senior Implementation Consultant (Salesforce) is a role within the RCM Technologies Consulting organization. The Senior Implementation Consultant (Salesforce) will participate in implementation and upgrade projects around Salesforce and Veeva CRM (and related technologies) for RCM's (Life Sciences,
Financial, Government and Education) clients. Configure Salesforce/Veeva CRM to meet Business Requirements.
•Design and develop solutions utilizing the Salesforce Platform using Apex Programming Language and Visual Force.
•Develop solutions using SalesForce.com API Framework, and 3rd Party APIs.
•Document Technical Requirements based on Business Requirements.
•Lead configuration and business process walk through with the client.
•Perform Functional Testing, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client IT and business process leads.
•Go-Live preparation and cut-over support.
•Post-production support.
•Provide estimates and timelines to deliver functionality based on Business Requirements.
•Provide updates and status reports to the Project Manager around progress and any issues or blockers.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Implementor with 10+ years of experience in implementing CRM projects and upgrades within the Financial Services or Life Sciences (Pharma/Biotech) industries.
•Salesforce CRM configuration/development experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
•Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration best practices.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce (Sales Claud, Service Cloud, Financial Cloud) CRM data model.
•Experience with full software development life cycle (SDLC) - requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and support of Salesforce applications. Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Salesforce solutions.
•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
•Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
•Strongly Preferred: o SFDC Administrator and Advanced Administrator Certifications o SFDC Developer and Developer II Certification
