**What’s the Job?**
+ Operate, maintain, monitor, and clean machinery including batching equipment, industrial dryers, and flake mills.
+ Weigh, sample, test, transport, and distribute raw materials and prepared compounds for use in the production process.
+ Properly document inputs, outputs, and processes according to pre-described best practices.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
+ Capable of regular physical movements and, on occasion, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75 lbs, and up to 450 lbs with support devices.
+ Keen vision, including near, far, color, depth, and peripheral vision.
+ Experience with computers or programmable logic controllers (PLC) or in the food manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.
+ Certification or experience driving forklifts is a plus but not required.
