Responsibilities / Position overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Creative Strategy and Engagement business to oversee and drive the project lifecycle from implementation to completion. As Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing out projects efficiently and effectively, and ensuring the delivery of client requirements. In this role, the Project Manager will take ownership of each project status from initiation to deployment and ensure it is on-time and on-budget.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead project planning and execution, demonstrating a thorough understanding of project scope
* Ensure consistent on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, being accountable for the development and upkeep of project plans and timelines
* Develop RACI matrix, ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities throughout project lifecycle, and ensure team members working on projects are operating in their assigned role
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, routing and tracking deliverables through Kantata and ensure project budget sign-off procedures are followed
* Coordinate with department leads and client team to discuss resourcing allocations
* Maintain project management documentation
* Conduct internal kick-off and debrief meetings in collaboration with the client team
* Attend client project briefing and kick-off meetings to ensure timeline and scope/budget expectations are discussed and agreed upon
* Proactively manage project details, monitoring and reporting progress to stakeholders, including finance, and escalate any issues in a timely manner to ensure key decisions are made promptly
Qualifications
* Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, showcasing a high level of proficiency in job responsibilities.
* Demonstrate 1-2 years of project coordination, project management, or account management within healthcare/pharma agencies
* Exhibit an understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
* Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT
* Experience in successfully managing projects through the full life cycle according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
* Proficient in multitasking and prioritization with excellent time management and delegation skills.
* Exhibit a steadfast focus on detail and maintain consistent attention to precision.
