What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with Data Analyst Lead to support Global Complaint and Triage organization
Utilize data analytics expertise to respond to data inquiries from teams within the organization
Apply analytical and statistical methods to answer a variety of business questions using multiple data sources and technical tools
Interpret data, perform quantitative analyses, and make recommendations to management regarding findings, data collection and quality issues, and follow-up inquiries/work
Contribute to maintaining documentation of data definitions, sources, and relationships
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline. Advanced Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relative field of working with BPO’s Globally
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with CRM and/or Complaint systems and with data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
Advanced SQL skills required. (Python experience a plus)
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (VBA skills a plus)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Working knowledge of secondary data sources including syndicated sales, promotional and marketing data, longitudinal patient level data; experience with payer data is preferred
Working knowledge of data sources from call centers, service and repair, and service centers; experience with complaints data is preferred
Experience with statistical modeling, analysis, and presentation of results to a non-technical audience
Proven track record of time-management, project management, and teamwork
Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
