WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for demanding industrialization projects with a focus on supplier relocation, start-up management, and production optimization up to the handover to the affected OEM plants according to APQP, VDA 6.1 and 6.3.
Take over the management of risk analyses, Run@Rate capacity analyses and process audits for critical purchase partial quantities.
Manage critical delivery situations and the project management at the interface between OEM and supplier.
Introduce immediate and remedial measures to protect against production losses at the affected automotive suppliers.
Communicate, present, and interface directly with clients.
Build internal competencies, intellectual property & networks.

WHO YOU ARE
You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or similar field.
You burn for logistics, production 4.0, supply chain and operations.
You produce and develop resolutions using appropriate problem-solving tools.
Self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well spoken with powerful presentation skills.
You are detail oriented, structured and have common sense.
You can work on your own with minimal guidance, while putting your team's interests before your own.
You think ‘out of the box' to create solutions when none exist.
Analytical and highly competent in Excel, Minitab, and (ideally) Power Bi.
With an agile mindset you are not afraid of diving into uncharted waters.
Strong conflict resolution skills help you manage, mitigate, and resolve conflicts.
Your English skills are solid, German is a plus.
You are willing to travel.
You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
