**What you need to have**
**What youll be doing**
* Work with Marketing Manager to plan strategic events that align to the 2022 marketing strategy.
* Lead the execution of all events (virtual and in person) from start to finish. This will include webinars, conferences, forums, roundtables, and other client events.
* Collaborate cross-departmentally with internal SMEs and other marketing team members to produce high-quality content for events.
* Coordinate and collaborate with vendors and manage the vendor contract process and negotiations.
* Prepare event budget and ensure adherence.
* Prepare reports that document the success and learnings from events.
* Make future recommendations based on target audience and performance of past events.
* Assist the team in other marketing activities when needed.
* Provide recommendations for successful events that will impact the business.
**What you need to achieve**
* Contribute to generating 3,000 marketing-qualified leads from marketing initiatives
* Lead the execution of 10+ events from start to finish.
* Collaborate with internal team members and other stakeholders to ensure events accurately represent our brand promises and and are driving tangible results.
