Full-Time, HybridThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Chicago, Illinois.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent project experience
3-10 years of experience in a technical role, such as software engineering, IT support, data management, or technical consulting
Familiarity with Python, C++, C#, and JavaScript, with proficiency in one or more of these programming languages
Able to support Proof of Concept (POC), sandbox builds, and integration testing
Able to troubleshoot deployment and integration issues in a customer environment, including reading system logs, identifying configuration errors, and diagnosing and resolving incidents
Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle methodology (SDLC) and software concepts
Experienced at presenting live demos
Working knowledge of LLMs and RAG-based AI systems
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple client and internal teams
Detail-oriented, problem-solver and quick learner, with desire to learn the Go Abacus code stack
Familiarity with on-premise or air-gapped infrastructure deployment a strong plus
