About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Digital & Technology Portfolio and Governance to play a critical role in the smooth operation, efficiency, and strategic growth of its digital technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating key projects, streamlining operational processes, and acting as a primary liaison between the Chief Digital Technology Officer and other team members. This role requires a strategic problem solver with a strong background in digital and technology, including experience in a similar leadership role and a proven track record of supporting digital transformation. The VP will also be tasked with strategic planning, resource management, and leading the Project Management Office to ensure the timely and quality delivery of projects that drive digital transformation.Applicants for the VP, Digital & Technology Portfolio and Governance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in the digital and technology field, with at least 7 years' in a leadership capacity. A background in the technology industry or a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred. The role demands excellent leadership, social, and project management skills, as well as a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and financial management to support digital transformation initiatives. The VP will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology management, or a related field, with a Master's degree being advantageous. Responsibilities also include overseeing the digital and technology talent lifecycle and maintaining governance processes to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, particularly in the context of digital transformation.
