What You'll Do:

• Oversee all phases of bridge construction, from planning through completion
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials on-site
• Enforce top-tier safety and quality standards
• Drive schedules, budgets, and project goals to successful completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, vendors, and field teams

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of bridge construction experience (concrete and/or steel structures)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proven record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results
• Civil Engineering or construction-related degree preferred
