The Assistant Superintendent will work directly with the lead Superintendent and project team to help manage day-to-day jobsite activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining a safe and organized site. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and project coordination
• Help manage subcontractor schedules and ensure work is progressing according to plan
• Maintain jobsite safety standards and support safety meetings and compliance efforts
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
• Assist with project scheduling and coordination of inspections
• Track progress and communicate updates with the project team
• Help maintain jobsite organization, documentation, and reporting

Qualifications:

• 25+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience supporting field operations on ground-up or large renovation projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills with subcontractors and project teams
• Working knowledge of construction scheduling and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Willingness to be onsite daily and support project teams as needed
