**Denver, CO - Hybrid/partially remote (1-3 day in office)**

Fulltime Monday through Friday

**BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

This Bilingual Customer Service Specialist position provides administrative support to DaVita Integrated Kidney Care Coordinators and other members of the Integrated Care Team. This Call Center Bilingual Customer Service Specialist position collects, verifies, and enters information into appropriate databases. Position develops reports and other materials for distribution.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this Bilingual Customer Service Specialist position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

* Collect, verify, enter, and maintain data and medical record information in the DaVita Integrated Kidney Care medical management database including but not limited to patient, provider, and payer contact and referral information.

* Connecting Patients with Care Coordinators via telephonic transfer to onboard patient

* Monitors reports and data feeds, and communicates with the Integrated Care Team to ensure data is current and complete

* Attend team meetings, conferences, and trainings as required.

* Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures.

* Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this Call Center Bilingual Customer Service Specialist position.

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS of the BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

* 1 year of Customer Service Experience required

* **Bilingual Spanish and English**

* High School diploma or equivalent required

* Prior medical/clerical administrative experience preferred but not required

* Intermediate proficiency in navigating MS Office applications and other databases

* Deals with confidential information using discretion and judgment

* Basic proficiency in department Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within 60 days of employment or position change required

**Salary/ Wage Range**

$16.00 to $18.76Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
