Day To Day Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM Consultant (L3) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our business users by troubleshooting complex issues, developing solutions, and providing ongoing support.
You will be a valuable asset to our agile and scrum team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external teams to ensure optimal utilization of Workday HCM.
Participate in supplier calls to understand business needs and translate them into actionable Workday configurations.
Troubleshoot complex Workday HCM issues, diagnose root causes, and develop and implement effective solutions.
Provide L3 support to business users, resolving escalated issues beyond the capabilities of L1 and L2 support teams.
Work on larger problems, requiring deep understanding of Workday HCM functionalities and processes.
Liaison with other teams (e.g., Finance, Payroll) to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems.
Coordinate laptop deployments and manage configurations for optimal user experience.
Maintain clear and concise communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Must Have: 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM.
Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM configuration, functionalities, and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience troubleshooting complex Workday HCM issues.
Ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in an agile and scrum environment (preferred).
Experience working in a hybrid work environment (preferred).
Proficiency in Workday core HCM and at least one additional Workday module (e.g., Time Tracking, Compensation).
Experience with major banks and their specific Workday requirements (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
