Position: Quantum Computing Engineer
Location: California, Massachusetts & Colorado
Responsibilities:
Develop cutting-edge quantum computing algorithms and protocols for solving real-world problems.
Design and implement quantum circuits and algorithms on quantum hardware platforms.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicists, engineers, and software developers to optimize quantum algorithms and improve quantum hardware performance.
Conduct research to explore new approaches to quantum computing and quantum information processing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in quantum computing hardware and software.
Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on quantum computing.
Strong background in quantum mechanics, quantum information theory, and quantum algorithms.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Qiskit for quantum algorithm development and simulation.
Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms such as superconducting qubits, trapped ions, or photonic quantum systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience with quantum error correction, quantum simulation, or quantum optimization is a plus.
