We’re looking for an experienced builder to lead our newest product line. If you love building product, have a strong perspective on user experience and market needs, and want access to an unparalleled sales team and engineering culture, we’re your next home. You’ve probably managed a big team in the past, and can’t wait to get back to building. We have a track record of launching and scaling new businesses (six so far!), and highly value craftspeople who have an eye for simple, easy to use enterprise products.
This is a Director level individual contributor role focused on investigating, building, and scaling new product categories.
Responsibilities:
Lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers to tackle a new product category
Deeply understand current customer use cases and challenges with existing solutions
Develop and drive your own roadmap to become the #1 player in your category
Launch into our established sales channel and reseller network. Own pricing, go-to-market positioning, and sales training
Requirements:
6-10 years of experience in product leadership
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar quantitative field. MS, PhD, or MBA optional
Proven history of launching and scaling new products. B2B experience a plus
You are both a visionary and deeply in the details
Former founders will do very well in this role
Willingness to retrofit your house with the latest technology
