What you'll do A day in the life of our Wellness & Spa Manager… it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Wellness & Spa Manager accomplishes would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know. To ensure consistency, our Wellness & Spa Manager is provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Our Wellness & Spa Manager is responsible for being a brave and passionate leader who provides oversight job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards and hotel policies and procedures to their direct reports during their day. This will include providing memorable moments and emotional connections with the team, clients and guests by ensuring proper input of information into NEXUS (guest information management system) and providing open communication. They will also train, assess employee performance and develop guest service initiatives as well as wellness goals to guide staff in goal achievement to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best and healthiest experience.

Sometimes our guests have special requests involving inquiries, complaints, spa treatments and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Wellness & Spa Manager.

Our Wellness & Spa Managers are responsible for anticipating, identifying and ensuring our guest's needs are being met at all times. They develop and deliver credible, competitive, value-plus service to the guest. In order to do so, they obtain guest feedback from verbal enquiries, monitor Medallia feedback and respond when required. They support the Spa by staying on top of Spa industry trends. They consistently develop and grow retail sales through training tools and monitoring and ensure the Spa’s appearance is in line with maximum buyer impact

Wellness & Spa Managers are at the heart of the Spa operation. They also guide the team to become caring problem solvers, cooperative, accommodating and fair.

To complete duty manager walk rounds and checks sheets when required

Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Wellness & Spa Manager is relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.

Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Spa & Wellness Manager must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.

As a Wellness & Spa Manager at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will range from $78,000 - $83,000 annually

Experience on Spa computer reservation systems

Ability to train others
