Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining our brand image and engaging with our social community across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include proofreading content, social media content publishing, community interaction, webinar execution, spreadsheet management, and collateral repository maintenance. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
What you'll do:
Proof Reading & Editing: Meticulously review content to identify errors.
Social Media Content Publishing: Execute social media strategies across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
Community Interaction and Moderation: Foster community interaction by actively participating in relevant conversations on social channels. Moderate user-generated content to maintain a positive brand image.
Webinar Execution: Planning, coordinating and executing all aspect of webinar execution.
Excel/Smartsheet: Build Excel & Smartsheet spreadsheets, updating as needed.
Project Management : Manage multiple tasks and schedules.
Collateral Repository: Maintain & track collateral repository.
What you'll bring: Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant field
2 to 5 years working in a B2B company.
Must possess excellent written and interpersonal communications skills with strong writing and editorial abilities.
Tech savvy, highly organized with the ability to multitask.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet and internet.
Demonstrated success with social media tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and others.
Most possess strong project management skills.
Must be able to meet tight deadlines and execute flawlessly on projects in a fast-paced, often pressured environment and see a project through to completion.
Must have the ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of markets and environmental commodities preferred.
Base Salary
Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation in the following regions is expected to be as follows:
New York: Compensation is expected to be between
$70,000 and $90,000
