Day in the Life of a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst on the Neocol Business Consulting Team, you will clearly articulate business requirements for our subscription based clients with a focus on Revenue Cloud . You'll be analyzing data, success metrics, objectives, making recommendations and changes to improve our customers' experience.
Facilitate discovery workshop sessions with Client stakeholders to understand and document requirements and business processes
Gain alignment and approval of solution requirements & acceptance criteria working closely with our Business Analyst team
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Facilitate solution demonstrations (sprint and final demo's) efficiently
Create solution documentation that is scalable for the client
Support the broader delivery team in their execution of change management and quality assurance based on our final solution requirements

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in at least two medium to large-scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations, with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
Experience matching user requirements to CPQ, Billings & Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce CPQ and either SFDC Administrator or Developer certifications
Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Suite & LucidChart
Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI for our clients
Previous experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources.
Experience analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally.
Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize while simultaneously working both collaboratively as well as independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
Agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledgeable about the following is a plus: Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, Tableau/CRM, RightRev, NetSuite/ARM
Billing experience and accreditations are a plus; must have the ability to achieve these shortly after hire.
