Based in Portland, this role provides technical support to an exciting creative, technology and production business.

Youll be helping to continue to integrate Swift into the wider Wunderman Thompson / WPP organization. This will involve working with the regional and global teams to implement changes and ensure that they are successful.

****What youll do:****

* Provide technical support to both Wunderman Thompson and Swift employees, in-person and remotely as required to resolve helpdesk support tickets.

* Provision, deploy and support both Wunderman Thompson and Swift employees using Mac OS laptops and desktops platforms.

* Provision, deploy and support both Wunderman Thompson and Swift employees using Windows OS laptops and desktops platforms.

* Provision, deploy and support Wunderman Thompson and Swift employees using iOS and Android mobile devices.

* Assist with Wunderman Thompson and Swift employees onboarding and offboarding orientation and processes management.

* Have strong working knowledge and experience using Jamf Pro to push new software, updates and policies to users devices as requested.

* Support Wunderman Thompson and Swift employees with using software platforms such as Okta Authentication, O365, MS TEAMS, G Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud, JAMF, Sophos, Active Directory, Zendesk, and Mac for the end-user machines.

* Provide Audio/Video and conferencing solutions and support for Wunderman Thompson and Swift employees as required.

* Manage, maintain, and track Wunderman Thompson and Swift technology using our WPP-ITs asset management system.

* Ability to work both Independently and as a team member as required

* Comfortable with being the face of IT in your office, being the support person for local users to communicate with

* Ability to translate complex technical terms to non-technical users in a cohesive manor

* Ability to multitask, providing IT technical support to users while supporting IT project work

* Supporting all types of technology, including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and other peripherals

* Experience utilizing ticketing and inventory management systems

* Strong customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills

* Curiosity of how technology works and how people use it

* Experience with Okta, JAMF, Office O365, MS TEAMS, Zendesk, Sophos, Inventory management system is a plus

* Familiarity of basic IT and computer security practices is a plus
