General Purpose: Oversee all branch office locations. Instruct managers in every branch location and report each branch's performance to upper management. Responsible for each branch internal staff, performance, training, and profit.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Leading the team to highest potential
• Increasing sales/placements revenue
• Guiding team – new sales, recruitment ideas
• Training sales and recruitment
• Marketing and managing budget for ads
• Create Training manual for recruiting
• Hiring of upper management (BM), ensure each office is completely staff
• Counseling sessions, disciplines, termination
• Branch support to who needs it and fill in as vacancies arise
• Daily/weekly meetings and reports to management to view
• Check/ensure daily/weekly/monthly quotes are being met
• Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations
• Provide adequate training. To new and existing personnel
• Resolve any arising issue with branch offices, temps, and customers.
• Ensure all interaction with internal employees is documented in Zenefits such as warnings, plan of action, absences, tardiness etc.
• Ensure employee evaluations are being done at the end of their 90 days (about 3 months) as well every year anniversary.
