The System Admin – Mid Level – MSP will be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing new SMB clients with project deployments and migrations to Cloud technologies. Understand and support 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications
Migration experience / Hybrid Cloud and on-prem
Knowledge of (AD, O365, Azure) and Network support (Switches, routers, firewalls)
Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
Knowledgeable in Hyper-V / VMWare
Knowledgeable in network and firewalls (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)
Excellent desktop and laptop deployment and support experience
User account maintenance
SharePoint and Teams experience
Windows 10 OS and MAC OS experience
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
Experience supporting and troubleshooting phone systems
