Summary/Overview
The Divisional Director of Operations is an inspiring and motivated leader who will lead our team of Health Care Providers and provide oversight with accountability for the clinical, operational, and financial metrics. As a Divisional Director of Operations, you'll provide strategic and tactical leadership over the assigned geographic territory to ensure Healing Partners' brand promise is being met.?
Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities and will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers and ensuring customer retention through consistent communication and providing optimal solutions. The position has full regional accountability and will interact with customers across channels and platforms; and coordinate with all internal stakeholders such as clinical, sales & marketing, revenue cycle, quality, credentialing, and information technology teams, etc. in order to fine-tune the customers' experience. This position is a key member of the Healing Partners' field management team and will manage multiple Regional Clinical Leads in their geographical area.?
Essential Functions
Responsible for clinical excellence in their geographic area
Ensure Healing Partners' Brand Promise is being met?
Develop and execute a plan for key customer engagements including regular customer visits, monthly reviews, quarterly business, and quality reviews??
Develop and maintain action plans for how divisions will achieve targets and identify specific actions to achieve?
Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for facilities located within assigned geographic territory?
Support providers in assigned geographic territory to facilitate monthly encounter goals
Review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies and/or procedures
Proactively identify issues and implement solutions
Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, labor, contracts, and performance outcomes within the assigned division?
Liaise with internal teams such as sales & marketing, clinical, revenue cycle, and customer service teams, etc. to ensure any gaps in the customer experience are closed?
Retain existing business and develop new business opportunities within the existing portfolio
Demonstrate strong product knowledge along with an ability to efficiently interact with clients, understand their needs and pain points and align with other business functions or internal stakeholders such as clinical, sales & marketing, and customer service teams, to find solutions for the same
Identify areas of improvement??
Perform wound care rounds or other clinical duties, on an as-needed basis, within the scope of active clinical licensure if applicable
Leadership Responsibilities
Interview and select new team members and providers for the assigned geographic territory
Lead and develop team members through orientation, professional development, performance management, and disciplinary process if appropriate
Be a key figure in contract renewals for providers, including facilitating and working with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and other departments that need to be consulted
Lead team meetings and help drive the team toward their goals
Education & Experience
Master's degree in nursing focus Nurse Practitioner required
Board Certification for Nurse Practitioner
Active state license for RN and Nurse Practitioner in state of New Jersey
5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations?
Ability to travel to client sites as needed; will be remote when not traveling
Leadership for a multi-site operational business
Demonstrate an understanding of what makes the businesses successful and ability to balance that with patient and teammate satisfaction
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision?
Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages?
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills?
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team?
Physical Requirements
Residence within assigned geographic territory
Ability to drive/travel to client sites as needed
Ability and appropriate space to work remotely
Communicate with people in person, by phone, and in writing?
Ability to operate office equipment, including but not limited to desktop computer, tablet, laptop, printer,?and/or phone
View electronic screens for extended periods of time
Sit at a desk or travel in a car for extended periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Bonus Plan: Eligible for Operational Productivity Bonus Plan
Sign-On Bonus: N/A
