THE ROLE

The Product Marketing team champions user-centricity, led by a team that works to be deeply attuned to user needs and wants. The user is at the front and center of everything we do: We ensure user feedback and data inform product roadmaps, inform and support users as we evolve our products, and continually assess market opportunities to find innovative ways to meet user needs. We aim to drive demand and adoption of our products to create a lasting strategic and competitive edge for NAZTech.

The Product Marketing Manager responsible for User Engagement will work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to create and execute change management strategies, contribute to and maintain the website for our product portfolio, and map user personas and user journeys. This role seeks to maximize the value delivered to users through our product releases and enhancements, leveraging communication tools and change management best practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies for 2-3 large scale product releases and/or decommissions annually.

Contribute to and Maintain NAZ Tech Website: Partner with product and engineering teams to keep website content up to date and easily accessible, focusing on user experience and ensuring navigability. As needed, partner with stakeholders across the NAZ Tech team to create new content as portfolio strategy and key cross-team initiatives evolve.

Product Positioning: Assess product positioning and messaging for our portfolio to ensure it remains relevant and up to date as products and user needs evolve.

User Research: Develop and/or update user personas and user journeys as needed for our portfolio of products. Conduct user interviews as needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with the various internal teams to identify opportunities to grow user sentiment and adoption for our portfolio of products.

Best Practice Sharing: Continuously research and stay updated on product marketing, change management, and user engagement best practices. Document and share best practices and insights with the team. Build a library of reusable components and templates to standardize ways of working and accelerate product work.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Business, Communication Studies, or other applicable fields.

1+ year of marketing, product marketing, project management, product management, change management, and/or communications experience.

User-centric. Fanatic about understanding and addressing user pain points and needs to continuously improve experience.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong storyteller, capable of simplifying complex ideas into narratives that resonate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Able to independently create assets such as slide presentations, ensuring high-quality deliverables without relying on a design team.

Task organization and prioritization, time management, detail orientation, critical thinking, adaptability, curiosity, active listening, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to leverage and analyze data to drive decision-making with structured problem-solving. Experience finding data sources and performing data analysis in previous work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior work experience with Design tools like Figma or Lucid.

Prior work experience with website management and GitHub.

Prior work experience in Commercial (Sales), Category Management, Tech (internal, wholesaler, and/or retailer), or Field Sales is welcome.
