Customer Success Manager

We seek a candidate with 1-3 years of relevant experience in Enterprise SaaS, finance, procurement or consulting.

Responsibilities:

Success Strategies - Develop and implement success strategies, creating achievable plans and benchmarking.

Advisory Role - Act as a trusted advisor, offering valuable guidance on best practices and industry trends.

Adoption and Improvement - Drive high adoption, measuring and identifying improvement opportunities.

Customer Health - Monitor and enhance customer health, proposing changes and using data insights for actionable strategies.

Operational Excellence - Manage operational activities for success and improvement plans.

Service Delivery - Deliver services, including workshops and coaching, to identify improvement opportunities.

Renewals and Growth - Proactively drive renewals, exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Experience:

1-3 years partnering with enterprise customers supporting activities such as: conducting workshops, driving ROI/success, managing renewals, etc.

Proven ability in enhancing customer happiness, adoption, and retention.

Solution-oriented with continuous improvement focus.

Strong analytical skills, understanding, and conveying data insights.

Experience in SaaS and business environment customer management.

Experience in finance and/or procurement a plus

Familiarity with driving and optimizing adoption for business outcomes.

Ability to collaborate in a global matrix organization.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology or equivalent.
