Negotiating RFPs for vendor service contracts; maintaining and developing relationships to achieve optimum performance and competitive pricing.
Prepare, review, and provide monthly financials and operation reports as required accurately and timely.
Performing CAM reconciliations yearly and re-forecasts as required.
