Member Services Representative

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Check members into the system
• Take prospective members on tours and assist them with the new account sign‑up process
• Facilitate needed updates to members’ accounts
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed
• Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility

Qualifications / Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively and professionally with members and co‑workers and exceed expectations
• Positive mental attitude
• Customer service background preferred
• Punctuality and reliability are must
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally encounter commercial cleaning products during shift
• Follow super‑strict safety and cleaning protocols; mask required at all times while in-club, and members must comply with state & local mask mandates
• Maintain safe distance between everyone; touch‑less check‑in available
