Job Description

Salesforce Service Cloud Admin We are seeking a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gather requirements and feedback, design scalable best practice solutions, and contribute to the product road map.

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our SFDC platform. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Program Management, and IT teams, the administrator will identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The ideal candidate will be someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both the current setup and all business objectives, to quickly identify opportunities for improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.

Collaboration is a critical part of the Elavon culture. The individual will report to the Salesforce Product Director and engage with organization partners to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce environment with ~2000 active users.

User and license management and expertise (e.g., new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules)

Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, data set analysis and reports

Conduct proactive platform maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

CPQ module administration, configuring product catalogs and selling rules for complex business scenarios

Gather and analyze detailed requirements for improvements or changes to the platform, and implement these changes as appropriate

Sandbox environment management

Identify opportunities to automate processes (using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, and validation rules)

Manage low code data set integrations - those not handled by a Salesforce Developer

Identify, install and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange for sales, product/pricing, marketing, e-signature, and more

Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization

Required Skills: Looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Admin. -Service cloud experience -have seen too many sales cloud experts.
