**Product Support Specialist**
Atlanta, GA / Customer Experience / Full-time LeaseQuery is seeking a **Product Support Specialist** to work in our Customer Support department to assist customer with software questions, concerns, and escalations. The ideal candidate should be self-starting, inquisitive, a bias towards serving customers, and have a knack for finding solutions. Thoroughness is an absolute must for being successful in this role. **LeaseQuery's headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA, but this role can sit 100% remote.**
+ Answering and solving customer support tickets
+ Use tools in technology stack to monitor customer behavior and proactively alleviate pain points
+ Work in direct conjunction with the Customer Solutions team to troubleshoot platform issues and advise on growth areas for software
+ Process customer bulk data updates
+ Assisting in developing more FAQ type knowledge base content that showcases and answers specific use cases
+ Serve as LeaseQuery platform expert
+ Assist in building online training content
+ Provide support for the sales team in managing customer trial accounts
**What skills and experience we need you to have**
+ Excellent critical thinking skills
+ Nice to have: Strong proficiency with G-Suite and preferably, Zendesk (other ticketing tools would work as well)
+ Self-starting and proactive in handling customer requests and updates
+ Relentless drive to help others
+ Eagerness to learn and understand
