Delivery Driver:

As our CAVA Catering Delivery Driver, you will constantly be in motion delivering mind-blowing meals to our guests. In addition to ensuring the successful execution of all catering orders, you will serve as a brand ambassador ensuring that every interaction with our guests and teammates is one that is friendly, warm and generous.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver friendly, prompt and first-in-class customer service

Successfully run all aspects of the Curbside, Take-Away and Delivery activities to maintain productivity

Deliver meals in various weather conditions within a designated radius of the Restaurant

Verify order accuracy with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Observe and maintain all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures

Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards

Restock stations and keep them clean and organized

Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset

Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly

Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values

Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day

Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals

Recognize the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success of this business

The Qualifications:

Must have a valid and current Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

Ability to understand and operate GPS technology and other relevant applications

Experience in a customer service, delivery service or Restaurant experience is desired

Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth

100% Travel Required & may lift up to 50 pounds

Physical Requirements:

Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment

Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details

For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds

Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
