About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Product Operations to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the overall product strategy. This senior leadership position is focused on driving business performance, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating activities across the product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, product management, and post-launch tracking. They will also be involved in cross-functional engagement with various teams such as engineering, support, marketing, and sales. The role demands a customer-centric mindset, the ability to anticipate and meet customer needs, and a talent for guiding go-to-market outcomes.Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of experience in product operations, product management, engineering management, or a related field. A proven track record of leading high-impact, diverse teams and scaling a SaaS platform is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A, pricing, and business operations, and be adept at influencing and leading across the organization. Deep technical expertise, particularly in the areas of cloud software and cybersecurity, is highly desirable. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to translate customer needs into the product development process.
