Our M&A and Corporate Transactions Group is seeking to hire an associate to join our growing San Francisco office . The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of experience working on M&A and other business transactions for private and public companies, a broad knowledge of general corporate law, and will be expected to work on matters in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and related commercial transactions. The position involves exposure to some of the firm's most active and exciting clients and has tremendous growth potential for the right candidate.
Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with excellent academic credentials, strong analytical, communication, drafting and negotiating skills, a commitment to excellence and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
