Job Duties: Collaborate with product teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our product family and our various end-user audiences with a specific focus on AI-driven solutions. Lead the design of AI features for our mobile and desktop applications, ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experience. Utilize extensive mobile app design experience to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. Produce production-ready designs that are not only problem-solving and interactive but also enriched with visual design, motion, and transition mechanics that amplify the value of AI. Serve as a key liaison with global engineering teams responsible for the implementation of designs. Promote a culture of empathy for the end-user, aligning closely with business objectives. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to a broad audience within the organization. To succeed in this role you must have experience in: A proven track record of designing for AI first use cases across web, desktop and mobile platforms. Ability to work independently on multiple projects, engaging with all levels of the organization with a strong point of view that is open to feedback and ideas from others. Ability to run design workshops with cross-functional team members Ability to guide, shape, and improve team practices, comfortable with vague requirements and turning them into solid projects. You consider yourself a Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD ninja. You feel comfortable working within and shaping the future of design systems. Thorough knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. You are a storyteller - you define the problem, help the audience empathize with the personas, and present solutions, that hit on those problem spaces.
