Daily Responsibilities
Works with clients and end users to gather, understand, and definebusiness requirements.
Participates and leads key meetings with clients including requirementgathering sessions, user acceptance testing, and end user training.
Develops user stories and to-be process flows to support the design anddevelopment of Salesforce solutions for our clients.
Works collaboratively with team members to design a solution that willmeet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories.
Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce,AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies.
Collaborate with developers to unit test and verify that solutions meet therequested business requirements.
Creates demo and training material for new and existing applicationusers.
Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, andinterpersonal skills.
Required: Years of Experience (min) 5+ years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst or Product Owner formid-to-large sized organization(s).
3+ years of Salesforce.com consulting experience throughout theimplementation of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - agilemethodology experience preferred
Required: Degree BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related ITdiscipline
Allowable Substitution: Additional ten (10) years of related professionalexperience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree
Preferred: Certifications Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Required: Experience Proficient with leveraging and configuring Salesforce AppExchangeproducts to develop a solution
Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to advisestakeholders on business solutions including workflows, validation rules,and security controls etc.
Experience with Salesforce.com configuration and familiarity withSalesforce.com custom development.
Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input andrequirements.
Experience documenting requirements, transforming requirements to userstories and creating to-be process flow diagrams.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients,their business needs, and technologies.
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
Required: Clearance Must currently hold an Active Secret clearance
