Your Role
As a Franchisor Relations Manager at FranFund, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our future success. Your responsibilities will include:
1.) Building Strong Franchise Brand Relationships
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with franchise brands that align with the FranFund model.
2.) Networking and Industry Engagement
· Attend and actively network at industry events, conferences, and gatherings nationwide to establish new franchisor relationships and nurture existing ones.
3.) Collaborative Approach
· Collaborate with various departments, including Lending and Sales, to identify and target potential franchisor partners.
4.) Value Proposition Advocate
· Educate franchise partners and their teams about the compelling value proposition offered by FranFund.
5.) Marketing Collaboration
· Partner with the marketing department to develop event-specific collateral and materials.
6.) Performance Tracking
· Efficiently manage reports and track key indicators and metrics for the department.
7.) Strategy and Growth
· Actively participate in setting departmental goals and direction as well as supporting individual team members in achieving their objectives.

Knowledge & Skills Required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
· Salesforce experience preferred.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
· Knowledge of Franchising industry
· Willingness and ability to travel to various franchise events nationwide.
