We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives to drive attendance, participation, and donations for our fundraising events.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for fundraising events, incorporating a mix of online and offline channels.
Create compelling marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, digital ads, press releases, and promotional materials.
Manage social media accounts and online presence, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and sponsors to maximize exposure and support for fundraising events.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site support during events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event planning, fundraising, and communications, to ensure alignment and success of marketing efforts.
Support post-event activities, including gathering feedback, analyzing results, and preparing reports to measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audiences and channels.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
