**Line/Grill Cook Responsibilities**
* Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations
* Prepare all dishes according to Sylvia's recipes
* Cooking items according to food health and safety standards
* Handling multiple food orders at one time.
* Delivering food to the Line in a timely manner
* Storing all food properly
* Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
* Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
**Requirements**
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* Self-motivated and self-directed
* Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
* Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders
* 2+ years' experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry
* Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
* Physically able to stand and move for long periods of time; able to bend and kneel through shift; able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
