**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Associate Roadway Engineer** to join our team! In this role you will get to **help deliver transportation design projects across Florida and the region** .
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Work in a team environment to help deliver transportation design projects.
+ Perform roadway design engineering and develop plans.
+ Coordinate with other design disciplines (Traffic, Structural, ITS, Geotechnical) to develop a comprehensive project design.
+ Coordinate with clients, owners, stakeholders and contractors to resolve design issues.
+ Learning from senior engineers to develop your expertise and advance your carreer.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 0+ years of related work
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Experience with CAD and other software associated with civil roadway design.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and assume responsibility.
