The Revenue Cycle Coordinator performs daily general departmental operations, administrative tasks and assist with projects and team-specific tasks as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Submit electronic insurance claims.
Make requested edits to patient files.
Set up and maintain electronic patient files.
General clerical work—examples: mail sorting and distribution, collating, faxing, e-mailing, etc.
Provide support to other teams within department.
Work on special projects as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Ability to communicate professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous office experience
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task
