Responsibilities

Utilize advanced data analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to analyze large and complex datasets

Develop and implement algorithms and models to solve business problems and predict trends using programming languages such as Python or R

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide data-driven insights and recommendations

Design and build data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex analyses to stakeholders

Identify and clean data quality issues, and develop strategies to improve data accuracy and reliability

Stay up-to-date with the latest data science and machine learning techniques and technologies, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred

Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a track record of applying statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, or TensorFlow

Proficiency in working with large datasets and SQL

Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques, data mining, and exploratory data analysis

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to independently research and propose innovative solutions

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
