The Customer Support Representative Associate provides continuous support for JLG's Products and Services. This position contributes to the overall success of the Aftermarket Team by providing a high level of customer support through insides sales while maintaining superior relationships with customers and dealers.
**YOUR IMPACT**
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
+ Provide best in class customer service by supplying immediate, consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries of technical products and systems while exhibiting a friendly, respectful, professional and customer focused demeanor
+ Stay current on products and systems pertinent to order management and product research
+ Resolve and diffuse customer concerns effectively in the interest of the long term success of the company
+ Complete documentation of scenarios, follow-ups and resolutions as appropriate
+ Support Parts Sales goals
+ Assist Marketing in the communication, development, maintenance and troubleshooting of Parts Programs and Services to promote upselling
+ Participate in training opportunities
+ Support achievement of department key performance metrics (KPMs)
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Two (2) or more years of customer service, sales or related experience.
**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bilingual
+ Knowledge of sales and pricing strategies.
+ Knowledge and understanding of segment specific products.
+ Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
+ Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.
+ Strong organizational skill with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
