About the Role
This opening is for a Member of the Technical Staff and/or Director, RF Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Participates in the conceptualization, modeling, analysis, development, documentation, and test/validation of semiconductor equipment.
Develops and execute test plans that generate characterization data sufficient to understand and validate the performance of the design.
Provide RF expertise to validate requirements and support next generation semiconductor equipment.
Strong knowledge of RF system design concepts and RF delivery in the semiconductor industry.
Work with other teams and suppliers to continuously improve technology, performance, and productivity.
RF device modeling and circuit design.
Responsible for conducting RF test development and execution, device-level reliability failure mechanisms and testing.
Experience RF electrical characterization techniques and equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Exceptional data analysis, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
Ability to deal with complicated internal or customer problems under deadline pressure in a highly dynamic environment.
Knowledge of working with CAD tools (in particular CREO) and SAP.
Self-motivated and be able to take initiative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
