We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Manager who will head management of the ecom. platform and marketplaces and ensuring the achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our Shopify store to maximize sales conversion, AOV and LTV.

Driving the sales performance of the D2C (Shopify store) and marketplaces (Amazon, BestBuy, etc.);

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, to effectively reach and engage our target audience.

Find, develop and maintain various traffic acquisition channels, including affiliate marketing, SEO and paid traffic;

Extensive work with internal team as well with the freelancers and agencies;

Managing and executing promotional campaigns with the Marketing team;

Overseeing inventory management, fulfillment, and customer service operations related to the D2C channel;

Working closely with manufacturing and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment;

Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department;

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles, with a focus on managing D2C sales channels.

Work experience in the NA or/and EU regions;

Proficiency with Shopify e-commerce platform and related tools and apps.

Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.

Experience in consumer electronics brands would be an advantage;

High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;

Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
